Ingredients:
3 C shredded chicken
1 C salsa
1-4 oz can green chiles
3 C Monterey Jack cheese
2 C heavy cream
6 flour tortillas
Preparation:
Combine chicken, salsa, green chile, and 1 cup of cheese. Roll approximately 2/3 cup of chicken mixture into tortillas and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish with the seam side down. Pour the heavy cream over the top of the rolled tortillas and bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove and sprinkle remaining cheese over baked tortillas. Bake another 10 minutes.
