Spanish Rice

Ingredients:
tbsp oil
1 c rice
2 c water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
onion powder
garlic powder
4 oz tomato sauce

Brown rice in oil.  Add water, tomato sauce, bouillon cubes, onion and garlic powder.  Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 C rice
1 C chicken broth
1 C water
Tomato Sauce
El Pato
Minced garlic
Salt
Garlic Pepper
Montreal seasoning
Cumin
Onion powder

Perparation:
Fry your rice in a little oil until it browns a bit (not every grain needs to be brown).  While you fry the rice, bring your water and chicken broth to a boil with some tomato sauce, El Pato, salt, garlic pepper, minced garlic, Montreal seasoning, onion powder, and cumin.

Add the rice once it's browned and your water is boiling. Then turn your pan to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes.
