Carmel Popcorn

Ingredients:
3-4 packages microwave popcorn
2 1/4 c packed brown sugar
1 c corn syrup
1 c butter
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk

Preparation:
Cook brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium high heat.  Remove from heat and pour in sweetened condensed milk.  Stir until smooth and pour over popcorn.
