Dinner Rolls

 4 to 4 1/2 cups flour

1 tbsp dry yeast

1 cup milk

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup butter

1 tsp salt

2 eggs


In large mixer bowl combine 2 cups of the flour and the yeast.  In a sauce pan heat milk, sugar, butter, and salt just until warm and butter is melted.  Stir constantly.  Add to flour mixture and add eggs.  Mix on #1 Bosch and add remaining flour.  Run 4-5 minutes.

Divide dough into 3.  On oiled surface, form into crescents.  Let rise until double in size.  Cook 375 for 12-15 minutes.  Rub top with a stick of butter.

Makes 2 dozen rolls.
