Zuppa Toscana

1 lb sausage
crushed red pepper
minced onion
2 tsp minced garlic
10 c water
5 chicken bullion cubes
3 large potatoes (sliced thin)
1 c cream
1/4 bunch Kale

Brown and drain sausage, add pepper and onion.  Combine water, chicken bullion, garlic, and potatoes.  Boil for 15 minutes.  Add sausage, cream, and kale.
