I never actually measure anything when I make pesto, but if I did I imagine it would be something like this...
Ingredients:

2 c fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp parsley
3/4 c Parmasan cheese
1/4 c pine nuts
1/2-3/4 c olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
Serve on pasta, as a pizza sauce, or on toasted bread.
