Dutch Oven Potatoes

Ingredients:1/2 cube butter
2 Tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
carrots and potatoes for a family size
half an onion
3 spoonfuls of mild green chili
seasonings like salt, montreal, paprika, garlic salt w/parsley

Preparation: 
Melt butter in dutch oven. Add veggies and green chili. Pour oil on top. Add seasonings and stir together.  Cook for 10 min. Stir and sprinkle a little more salt. Let cook for another 10 min. Stir again and check till veggies are soft. Takes around 20-30 min.
