Posole

Ingredients:
3 lbs chopped pork or beef
1 onion
broth (6 cans chicken broth)
1 pkg hominy
Red Chile
Seasonings

Preparation:
Heat oil in pot, add meat and onion to brown.  Add in garlic and seasoning salt.  Add flour and when it's brown, add the broth.  Bring to a boil.  Add red chile and seasonings (salt, garlic salt, onion powder, oregano).  Add hominy and let cook on low for a few hours.

Serve with tortillas, avacado, and lemon.
